CHAPTER THREE: OPERATION OF BUSINESS ENTITIES WITH FOREIGN INVESTMENT

Article 19. Procedure for concluding a stability agreement

1. An investor that wishes to conclude a stability agreement shall submit its application and draft agreement to the Central Administrative Organization in charge of foreign investment issues.  An investment program, specifying the amount to be invested within the first five (5) years, and the proposed term of the project, shall be attached with the application.

If further clarification or amendment of the application is required, the applicant shall be informed within seven (7) business days.

2. Upon the signing the stability agreement, a notice of the terms and conditions of the agreement shall be delivered to the Bank of Mongolia and other relevant authorities.
