Article 2. Foreign Investment Legislation.

1.  Legislation on foreign investment shall consist of the Constitution, the present Law, and other Laws and regulations in force which are consistent with the preceeding.

2.  If the provisions of International Treaties to which Mongolia is a signatory differ from the present Law, then the former shall prevail.
