CHAPTER FOUR: MISCELLANEOUS

Article 24. Settlement of Disputes

Disputes between a foreign investor and a Mongolian investor, as well as between a foreign investor and Mongolian legal and natural persons, shall be resolved in the courts of Mongolia unless provided otherwise by International Treaties to which Mongolia is a signatory or by a contract between the parties to the dispute.
