CHAPTER TWO: PROTECTION OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT

Article 8.Treatment of Foreign Investors

1. Mongolia shall accord to foreign investors no less favourable treatment than that accorded to Mongolian investors wth respect to the following investment related matters:

1) Possession, use and disposal of their investments,

2) Registration of their investments and establishment of business entities under the prescribed procedure existing in Mongolia,

3) Employment of Mongolian citizens.

4)   Compensation for losses suffered thereby due to  illegal acts of state administrative organs and government agencies,as well as to those of government officials,

5) The right to purchase and acquire (rights to possession. use and disposal of) real property and buildings of an enterprise. and  rights to use, possess and lease  land for the purpose of  implementing  investments.
