CHAPTER ONE

GENERAL PROVISIONS


Article 5. Types of Foreign Investment.

A  foreign investor may invest  in  the following:

  (i) freely  convertible  currencies and reinvestments of tugrigs yielded by an investment;
(ii)  movable and immovable property and property rights;
(iii) intellectual and industrial  property rights.
