Based on Article 1 of Chapter 4 of law of state Great Hural of Mongolia.

State Great  Hural of Mongolia resolves:

1. To adopt “The concept of Information and communications Technology development of Mongolia by year 2010” as Appendixes to the Resolution
2. To Assign to Government of Mongolia (R.Amarjargal) for developing National Program and Action Plan to implement this concept.

The current vision is defined considering information and communication technology as a major accelerator to develop Mongolia in 21^st  century, which provides favorable conditions for development of government-legislation, economy-business, people-society frameworks and based on necessity to establish state policy and regulatory regimes.
