financial, marketing, accounting) be recruited, developed and retained. To
this end, the financial assistances from foreign countries and international
organizations shall be utilized effeciently.
- Establishing sufficent resources of
management personnel and improve their knowledge and skill, teaching computer,
Internet and foreign language, especially English, to the technical and management
should receive immediate attention.
- All necessary conditions will be created
in order to ensure compliance with the technological standards and to make
the services provided by all the personnel especially the service related
personnel and their management staff more customers oriented and efficient.
